Returns
Due to the nature of our business, and the personalisation of our products, we regret that we are unable to offer refunds on initialled items. We do, of course, offer a full refund on faulty or damaged products. Please email, or telephone, us within 48 hours of receiving your order if there are any such problems. For further information on returning products please telephone us.
Payment
Online banking: TER Personal Presents Ltd, account no: 85126993, sort code: 600404. Please use your name and initials as a payment reference and send us an email (sales@theenglishroom.com) to confirm that you have transferred the funds.
Payments can be made by cheque, bank transfer, or by MasterCard and Visa (either online or via the order line: 020 7839 2318 or 0344 693 2224). Please note that if you pay by cheque, orders cannot be despatched until the funds have cleared.
